TRX is a training system based in suspension exercises with straps, where your hands or feet are steady in handles or foot cradles. MOVE TO DAILY

Hello everyone, in today's post we are going to talk about the importance of staying active on a daily basis. Many times we hear that it is necessary to move every day and if it is true. We must subject our body to constant movement to knock down sedentary lifestyle. In addition, keeping us moving makes us stay more alive and healthy since doing sports or physical activity is very healthy and beneficial for our body.
