MOVE TO DAILY
Hello everyone, in today's post we are going to talk about the importance of staying active on a daily basis.
Many times we hear that it is necessary to move every day and if it is true. We must subject our body to constant movement to knock down sedentary lifestyle.
In addition, keeping us moving makes us stay more alive and healthy since doing sports or physical activity is very healthy and beneficial for our body.
It is recommended to do exercises or physical activity at least 5 days a week with a moderate intensity. We also recommend taking at least 10,000 steps daily.
To carry out a life with movement we can follow and carry out daily a series of tips such as going to work on foot or by bike if possible, go shopping while walking and avoid the car if it is not expendable, go for a walk to the park or outdoor areas.
As we have said, it is very important to stay active every day, below, I explain some of the reasons why we must move.
-We must move more for health. Making our body keep moving has positive consequences on our health because it keeps our joints, circulatory and respiratory apparatus active and working, consequently it does not atrophy due to lack of movement.
-Moving involves spending calories, that means that if there is movement there is caloric expenditure that makes us not gain weight and that is something positive for our body.
- It is easy if one sets out to move daily, whether it is going for a walk or exercising or sports. We have the option of going to a gym and if we cannot afford it or we are lazy to go to it. Another quite good option is to do exercises at home which we can do physical activity with almost no material.
On the YouTube platform we find a multitude of videos that teach us exercises and routines to follow for both beginners and advanced people who want to have a high level of physical exercise.

Muy de acuerdo con el post. Es cierto que no hace falta pegarse palizas para hacer deporte, si no llevar una rutina suave, evitando ser tan sedentario como bien dice el post
