  • Put stress and anxiety aside. Avoid stressing before work or family situations. And working mentally to have a calm and positive mind.
  •  Avoid the consumption of tobacco and alcoholic beverages. The consumption of this type of thing supposes a risk for our health, reason why it is very important to avoid it.
  •  Be in good spirits. It is important to have a clear and positive mind.
