I'm talking about The Ring. An Extremadura installation with an investment of more than 4 million euros.
Located on a land ledge and surrounded by water, its structure is a ring in the middle of a forest. Its rooms are several meters above the ground to avoid the destruction of fauna and flora.

The facility has multiple spaces for sports practice and of course for walking among its trees.
Among others, the activities that can be done are:

- Climbing in bulder
- Swimming
- Track sports (tennis, basketball, etc.)
- Sea sports (it has a jetty)
- Multiadventure.

We must not forget that it is also a research and training center for researchers of physical activity and sport.
Who knows if they will invent the best sports training?
