Since the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic and therefore the lockdown a lot of people are trying to do exercise at home in order to ease this time of boredom and keep in shape.

Many people are training like crazy using internet, YouTube and some fitness influencers routines and they are not having in mind a fundamental point when doing exercise: inexperience and faults when performing the exercises. Because of this, prior to the performance of the routine it is really important and recommendable to watch videos with the explanation of the performance of the exercises that could be harmful to our health.

We have to keep in mind that the athletes that we can watch on internet could be prepared to do harder routines than us.
