TABATA HOME TRAINING
Hello everyone!
Are you ready to move your body?
In the next lines I´ll suggest you a strength and resistance challenge.
Try to do it at home!
TABATA training is a very used and the most demanding training to burn calories. There are a lot of types and levels, but the most renowned is a 40/20 TABATA.
What is a 40/20 TABATA?
Wow, let's go!
40 is the time to do the exercise and do your best!
20 is the time of rest, when you take breath and cry like a baby (haha)
This time, I've prepared a list of exercises with a medium level, I hope that you will finish without problems!
First, prepare the room to exercise and take a towel and a bottle of water.
Second step, play a very motivational music in your mp3 device and go!
Now you're ready to the battle!
Warm Up!
15 seconds in the next mobility exercises
1. Simple Squat
2. Skipping
3. Glute bridge
4. Biceps with bottle
3 rounds!
And now...
Repeat everything during 4 rounds.
Take a rest of 1'30'' between rounds!
