As a consequence of the COVID-19 we spend a lot of time at home and anxiety and boredom can attack you at any moment.
You can try to do relaxing exercises to fight them and the most used to this is yoga.

What type of yoga can I try to do at home?
Currently, we can find a lot of difficult levels to train with this sport modality.

Let me show you an easy modality of Yoga
You can try this:

HATHA YOGA
The most used in collective classes at gym. This modality uses asanas, or body postures. The objective is to reach the body prepared to meditation. Asanas can give you physique and mental serenity. One of the principal asana postures is padmäsana (loto position) and Suria namaskar (sun salutation)

Here you have a 10 minute routine to introduce you at Yoga with easy Yoga exercises to prepare the body for new and more difficult exercises.
Try to do it when you wake up during 1 week and you'll see the results
